The Secret BMX Shop
Old Town Temecula California
This is an end of one of the display cases
in this Cool BMX shop I frequent.
I made a deal with the owner, I'll stripe your shop, you
assemble the bike's I paint for myself.
DEAL!
Another end panel.
And another.
Oh by the way, did I mention the owner is my oldest son?
Last February (2010) he opened up his shop in the
coolest part of Temecula, Old town. And as a sort of an
anniversary gift I thought I'd get the keys and stripe
it one night while he was gone for the evening.
He went back that night and was STOKED!
So I went back to the shop the following saturday
and my youngest son got me to stripe a couple
of these cool Biltwell helmet's he has.
Gettin' er done.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
helmet #1.
And helmet #2.
I love stripin' flaked stuff!
Everything just dance's in the sunlight.
Here's the latest bike striping job.
A few line's here,
And a few lines there and this ladies bike
is finished!
Now on to the Old Man's ride!
A few simple lines was all he wanted.
Another satisfied customer!
Here are some things from Christmas that were fun
to do. I did a boatload of ornament's this last year.
Everyone loves these puppies.
This year these cool satin bulbs were a hit.
My favorite color were these orange beauties.
I did quite a few of these.
My favorite set though, was these ornaments I did for
Ilene Roth at Rat Fink.com . Ilene loovvee's purple.
And these were the perfect color to go with the Rat Fink
green and white.
I love doing jobs that go against the grain.
And this was one of those jobs.
Who flat black's a B'mer? And then wants some
old school striping too boot.
It was done to match a Harley he was buying.
Here's a ammo box I did for my pal King Nick.
He welded my art cart for me and I thought I'd do
something for him in return.
He had his eye on this from an old truck I bought, so I
cleaned it up and painted it for him as a suprise.
A little something!
Here's a cool trash can I did for a Christmas gift.
I love this color combo.
I needed a fan for the shop and, VIOLA!

Here's a panel I did a while back.
This panel was done to play with some new colors
and a stencil I'd been wanting to try.
